Liddle Kidz Founder, Tina Allen, presents during the World Massage Conference
Ms. Allen will present “What is Pediatric Massage?”
To a child who has been hospitalized, or diagnosed with a debilitating medical condition, their symptoms are often accompanied by pain, anxiety, loneliness and fear. So it only makes sense that healthcare staff and medical facilities are looking to pediatric massage as treatment for some of these symptoms. Research has shown that massage therapy can ease symptoms associated with pediatric medical conditions. (November 12 – 17, 2009)

Boston Children’s Museum | Join Liddle Kidz Founder, Tina Allen, at the Boston Children’s Museum
The Liddle Kidz™ Foundation is excited to be special guests of the Boston Children’s Museum in Boston, Massachusetts. Located on Children's Wharf along the Fort Point Channel, Boston Children's Museum is the second oldest children's museum in the United States.

Ms. Allen will provide information and advice on using infant massage and nurturing touch techniques with babies. Learn how this special time together can be shared to enhance communication and a family’s loving bond. (Tuesday, September 22, 2009

The Liddle Kidz™ Foundation is excited to participate in Wee Welcome’s upcoming Mama Mingle – Ottawa. During the event an official Liddle Kidz™ Foundation Certified Infant Massage Teacher (CIMT) will be mingling with the mamas, as well as offering advice and techniques for using infant massage with their babies. The Council of Human Development
Conference on Children’s Development in the 21st Century
Tina Allen of Liddle Kidz™, will present a workshop on Peaceful Touch® for educators attending The Council of Human Development Conference on Children’s Development in the 21st Century, to be held in Toronto, Ontario, Canada) (May 29 – June 1, 2008.)

The conference follows, and expands upon, the themes laid out in the book “Human Development in the 21st Century: Visionary Ideas from Systems Scientists” (edited by Alan Fogel, Barbara J. King, and Stuart Shanker) forthcoming in late January from Cambridge University Press.
The conference is intended to be of particular importance for connecting scientists and researchers with health and education professionals, as well as, parents. The council’s intention is to establish a direct link between scientific achievements on one hand and community needs on the other. Furthermore, the conference will be a place where researchers will be able to exchange the latest findings as well as the developing ideas in all areas where a systems approach is applicable.
